At ToyWuala, we make every effort to ship your order quickly. We ship most in-stock items within 1-4 business days Deliveries are made from Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Please note that at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

ToyWuala.Com uses UPS (www.ups.com) , FedEx (www.fedex.com), and USPS (www.usps.com) to deliver your toy. Occasionally, we may use other shipping services to meet your delivery schedule.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated base on weight of the items and shipping distance. To calculate shipping cost for your items, you simply add your items to the shopping cart, select your shipping method and shipping charge is calculate and display. The whole process is before the actual payment is required, so feel free to add items to the cart to determine your shipping cost.

Special Delivery Items

Some items may be designated as special delivery items; this means that the items are ship directly from the manufacturer or from our overseas facility. Delivery time on these items may vary. Shoppers (from within the United States) will not be responsible for any international shipping charges or import duties if item is fulfilled from outside of United States. All toy shipped should be insured to offer indemnity for loss or damage to items.

Shipping Surcharges

Certain heavy, over-sized items may bear an additional shipping surcharge. These surcharges are shown on the product pages and will appear as "additional charges" during checkout.
